WordPress and marketing training so your team can run your site without calling us

Clarity.Confidence.Growth.

The best thing we can do after building your website is make sure you don’t need us for every small change. Made Right Media trains business teams in Boise and across Idaho to manage their own WordPress sites, publish content that gets found, and use AI tools without making a mess — so you keep us for strategy and keep the everyday work in-house.

Here’s a quiet cost most businesses carry: the website nobody on the team knows how to update. A price changes and the site says the old one for six weeks. A new hire starts and their bio goes up a quarter later. The blog has three posts because publishing one means emailing the agency, waiting, reviewing, waiting again.

Or the opposite: somebody on the team does know how to get in, and the site slowly fills with headings used as bold text, images the size of posters, and a homepage that’s been “just quickly tweaked” into something nobody would have approved.

Both problems have the same fix. Someone on your team who knows how the site is built, what the rules are, and how to do the ten things that come up every month — and who has a documented way to do them. That person makes your website an asset your business controls instead of a thing you rent access to.

Part of the Made Right Model for Growth

Training & Enablement is a Growth phase service. In the Made Right Model, Growth means the system keeps compounding — and a system only you can operate doesn’t compound, it stalls. We’d rather you own your website, your content process, and your tools outright, and bring us in for the thinking.

Learn how the Made Right Model for Growth works

Hands-on, recorded, and written down

Training that happens once in a conference room is forgotten in a month. Ours is built around the tasks your team actually does, recorded so they can rewatch it, and documented so the next person can pick it up.

Website handoff training

Every site we build ships with training: how the site is structured, how to edit pages and add new ones in Bricks, how to add a team member, change a price, update a form, add an image the right way. Live, with your team, on your actual site — then recorded and stored where they can find it.

WordPress & Bricks training for existing teams

For businesses with a site we didn’t build, or a team that’s turned over, we do the same thing on your existing setup: a walkthrough of how your site works, the do’s and don’ts, and the specific tasks your team needs to own. We’ll also tell you straight if the site is too fragile to hand off and what it would take to fix.

Content & SEO habits

The handful of practices that keep content working: how to structure a page so it ranks, how to write a headline people actually search for, alt text and headings done right, when to publish and where to share it. Not an SEO course — the ten habits that matter for a business publishing a few times a month.

AI tools for your team

How to use AI writing and research tools well — drafting, summarizing, brainstorming — and where to stop trusting them. How to write a prompt that gets a usable result. How to keep customer data out of tools that shouldn’t have it. Practical, current, and specific to the tools you already use or should.

Documentation

Written guides and short screen recordings for every task we train on, organized in one place your team owns. When someone leaves, the knowledge stays.

Ongoing office hours

For clients on a support plan, a standing monthly session where your team brings questions and we answer them live. Cheaper than a support ticket, and the questions stop repeating.

Teams that run their own sites now

We’ve trained school administrators, nonprofit communications staff, agency marketing coordinators, and business owners themselves to run their websites and publish their own content. The measure of success is simple: the number of small-change emails we get drops to almost nothing, and the site gets better anyway.

We’ve done this work for:

  • Education and private schools
  • Nonprofits and community organizations
  • Government and public agencies
  • Healthcare and wellness practices
  • Professional services and B2B
  • Retail and e-commerce

SAGE Federation

I am so glad we chose to work with MRM for SAGE’s rebranding and new website. Their patience with our many opinions and my many questions is appreciated, and the feedback we are receiving from our members is very positive. They were also very respectful of our budget and timelines. I highly recommend MRM.

Montessori

MRM did a fantastic job crafting our new website and logos. They represent our school beautifully, we love how clean and easy to navigate the website is. We felt supported through the whole process. They made the experience feel very smooth, and the end result is something we’re excited to share with our community.

Excel Marketing

MRM created our previous website and we loved it! So when we needed an updated design we knew where to go. They are excellent to work with and very professional. In addition, we felt the fees to create the site were very reasonable and well worth it. Thank you MRM!

Red Dog Property Services

MRM got the job done very well! We have had several comments on the quality and design of our logo and website. Roger, David and Chloe are skilled at what they do and had some great creative ideas and suggestions! We are extremely pleased with our logo and website! We will continue to use them as we grow our business.
