    Hi Roger,

I like the fact that you emphasize a visual approach. That will be critical in getting our message across, because we sell a high performance accessory for microscopes, worldwide. It will also be critially important in include some video content.

If you have used an inkjet printer made by a certain well known manufacturer in the area you have used our product. But we are almost unknown, and we need to fix that. You will find that we are about 6 sigma off the mean in about every way–some ways negatively and some positively. In other words, we need to fix our image, and to make some strong challenges to our competitors–who by and large are several generations behind us.

I thing I understand the technical needs of our customers pretty well, and I definitely understand our product, but I can use some help with almost everything else.
