Roger Rowles
Principal and Founder
Roger began building websites about the same time he started his first business, in 2010. An entrepreneur at heart, Roger loves building things and together with his wife, Julieta, operates several other businesses. Trained in the trenches, Roger thrives on big picture strategy, execution, creative input, and making a dent in the universe. Raised in Idaho, Roger is a Vandal, and can be found showing his kids all that Idaho has to offer.

Natalia D. Federico
Designer
Natalia is a committed, understanding, and passionate individual who is from and currently lives in Mexico City. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design and brings creativity to every project she touches. Yet, her work experience has not been limited to design as she’s also been involved in the creation of advertising and marketing strategies. When she’s not busy designing, you can find her reading a book with a coffee in hand, at a music festival, or doing yoga!

Co-Founder, Operations
Julieta has a broad range of experience across many industries and cultures, from import/export in Argentina to operating her own businesses. Detail oriented and results driven, Julieta makes sure that everyone is on task and nothing falls through the cracks. She also advises on strategy and the overall look and feel of projects. When she’s not looking over shoulders, she’s running her own language school.

From Colombia, Sebastian has been working as a developer for 7 years. He enjoys combining the creativity and logic as a source of innovation. Before working at MRM, he was an IT manager, which has been helpful in implementing and improving all MRM projects! When he’s not plugging away at his computer, he can be found traveling, watching anime, reading, or consuming content that adds value to life.

Sebastian hails from Buenos Aires, Argentina, and has decades of experience in design. Beginning in print and the early days of the internet, he shifted to website design and WordPress development. When he’s not pushing pixels, you can find him with his family or taking photos.
